If you're a recent graduate with a passion and thirst for knowledge, our National Graduate Training Programme is your ticket to a dynamic and fulfilling career in this exciting industry. The programme aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of various business functions and their strategic importance within the organisation. It will last between 12 and 24 months, and include a combination of attachments, courses, and On Job Training. It will cover a wide range of topics.

Training

• Classroom training aiming to further develop your technical and soft skills
• Coaching and mentoring, including a dedicated National Development team to offer you support and guidance where required throughout your training period and beyond

Requirements

• Candidates should hold a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma certificate from an accredited university or college in various fields
• GPA 3.0 or above (or equivalent)
• Fluency in verbal and written English (IELTS Score 6 or above)
• Must not be over 27 years old
